Just water. Not really hungry, but have craved a few things (mostly out of boredom and routine). Plus I have to brush my teeth a lot because my mouth gets a stale taste to it, almost metallic. My energy level is very low (like I have a fever), so I took some Vitamin C and some Vitamin D3 and that helped. Also being outside is very rejuvenating. The heat is still playing havoc on all this, so I think next year I will do this in the winter.
