Kind of messed up my whole day today by not doing bulletproof.   Grabbed a protein bar in the morning and proceeded to actually be hungry by the time I got home for lunch.  That prompted me to want cheese grits for lunch, which were hot and I was thirsty all afternoon and not hungry for dinner.  Snacked on some popcorn and had another protein bar before bed.  Super strange day.   Not bad but never felt energized at any point in the day.  Tomorrow I’ll try the usual as see how I feel.

Coconut bulletproof.  Garden Market grilled chicken salad from Chikfila.   Dinner at The Smith House in Daholonega GA.   Roast beef, collard greens, green beans, chicken, salad, ham.  Ate some fried chicken before I really thought about the crispy coating probably containing gluten.   Hoping a full day of riding helps combat the mistake.
