Just water.   Not really hungry, but have craved a few things (mostly out of boredom and routine).  Plus I have to brush my teeth a lot because my mouth gets a stale taste to it, almost metallic.  My energy level is very low (like I have a fever), so I took some Vitamin C and some Vitamin D3 and that helped.   Also being outside is very rejuvenating.   The heat is still playing havoc on all this, so I think next year I will do this in the winter.

Starting a multi-day fast today.  Just water.  My goal is 7 days nothing but water.  But I am monitoring my energy levels and will alter it as needed.  Maybe will only do three days.  I studied several papers about fasting and one particular doctor that feels we should fast 7 days at least once a year to prevent cancer.  The body performs autophagy and cleans out mitochondrial damage in the cells.   Your body basically runs off of fat and ketones during the process.   This is considered a short fast by the experts (I’d hate to do a long one).   I have some auxiliary reasons for doing the fast as well.
